If we have to return to your home within 7 days to correct a related repeat service problem, we will credit your account $50.00 of oil.

Automatic Delivery Guarantee
As an Automatic Delivery Customer of Homestead Fuel, Inc., you will not run out of oil. If we miscalculate your oil delivery, and you run out of fuel due to our error, we’ll credit your account $70.00 of oil.

Fast Response Policy
If necessary, a service technician will be at your home within 90 minutes to correct your emergency service problem, or we will credit your account $50.00 of oil.

V.I.P. Policy
Routine service visits will be followed by a Service Evaluation Card, please fill out and return. Your response is important to us and helps us measure our performance standards in providing superior service.
